A professional meeting

We will organize our traditional professional breakfast on Friday morning, at the bar of the Theatre of Angoulême, during which journalists, festival directors and booksellers will be able to meet and exchange with all the publishers present, in a friendly and informal atmosphere. New this year: we will share this moment with the Swiss Comic Book Network and the publishers and authors it represents.

Friday January 27th from 10am to 11:30am | Bar du Théâtre d’Angoulême – Scène nationale | Avenue des Maréchaux – 16000 Angoulême

A live & festive event

This Belgian-Swiss complicity will continue in a more festive way on Saturday evening with the event “OBLIQUES – tangente belgosuisse”, a common programming of graphic duos & concerts at the café-concert Le PointCarré. Emilie Gleason, Mortis Ghost and Eléonore Scardoni – on the Belgian side, and Alex Baladi, Andreas Gefe and Maeva Rubli – on the Swiss side, will dialogue in drawing and music, encouraged by Alexandre Grandjean who will animate the evening. This scenic proposal will continue with a program of Belgian-Swiss concerts imagined by the PointCarré team, with Et.Nu (Chansons Pop Jazz-CH) and Saudade Expériment (Soul Jazz-BE).

Graphic duos from 6:30 pm – Concerts from 9:30 pm | Le PointCarré, 10 Rue Raymond Poincaré, 16000 Angoulême

A rich and hybrid program that we are looking forward to share with the public & the professionals of the festival!
